Part of my weight loss/get healthy kick for 2009 is to share bumps, progress and groans with all of you.
I lost two pounds this week, making my new weight 146 lbs.
I’ve decided to stay put instead of moving which got rid of a lot of stress from my shoulders. I also continued to follow my Weight Watchers points. I went for a bike ride twice this weekend and last night I was even able to make a Yoga To The People hot vinyasa class.
I guess I’ll keep up what I’m doing! 26 pounds to lose before I make my goal.

Thanks Emma! I’m going to keep working at it and get to my goal by the end of September. I can feel it in my bones… Oh wait, that’s just my body being sore from hot vinyasa yoga
