Well, my sprained knee is almost completely healed, which means getting serious about running and working out again.

For those who don’t know, I’m revamping my Weight Watchers diet and aiming to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Goal Weight = 120 lbs by the end of September 2009

Current Weight = 148 lbs

Top five reasons for doing this:

(1) shameless vanity

(2) living forever or close to it

(3) participating in the Men’s Health Urbanathlon and looking cool while doing it

(4) spending more time outside

(5) becoming the healthiest person I can be
