Part of my weight loss/get healthy kick for 2009 is to share bumps, progress and groans with you all.

Unfortunately, from last week to this week there was no weight change! Still at 148 lbs.

I followed my Weight Watchers points and even did a little bit of exercise over the weekend, but I’ve also heard that stress can contribute to weight. I’ve had a lot on my plate with looking for a new, more economically sound place to live. I haven’t had the luxury of getting home before 9 or 10pm which also means not having regularly timed meals (something my body is used to).

The good news is that tonight I’ll end my search, most likely, which means more time for making it to the gym.
