Well I can honestly say doing exercise paid off this week. I haven’t eaten well in the past three days, yet I was able to stay at 146 lbs. No gain. No loss.
Back to the drawing board with this new week. I’m going to lose some weight, I can feel it in my bones.
Thanks for all the advice for yesterday’s “Food. Food. Food.” post! It really helps and inspires me to keep going.
