This week I came in at 148 lbs. A three pound decrease from last week. How lovely that my body is cooperating with my efforts.

I guess this is what happens when you actually keep to your diet. I haven’t had much exercise other than the daily ho hum of life, so this was purely off watching what I put into my mouth.

I also received my swim stuff in the mail yesterday and am pleased to add another dimension to my “still can’t really use my knee for jogging or running” workouts.
