147 lbs today. A one pound loss from last week. My knee still smarts from spraining it about a month ago, but I’m hoping it’ll finish healing soon and I’ll finally be able to enjoy the 6am quietness and view of running along the Central Park reservoir.
Either this week or next, I’m going to write up my work lunch savior – the crustless quiche. I’m still enjoying a slice of quiche for lunch a day with a side dish and it rules. It’s tasty reheated and easy to make.
